How can I recharge my internet number?

I have 2 numbers registered on My Ooredoo
My Cell number with data #23******
My MiFi router #46******

When I try pick a package for my router the system always defaults back to my cell number.
To be honest I do not really think your web based system is very good.
Because I have spent a lot of time trying to sort this out online with no success.
Why does the system always default to my cell number?
I have money in both accounts.
