Greetings. I arrived in Tunis and purchased the Mobile WiFi E5730 with 2 months of service (10GB / month). After 7 days, it no longer gives me internet. I can log into the device and see I've only used 4.25GB. It redirects me to a page asking me to purchase more services.
What do I do? I am here for 11 more days, and thought I could use the full 10GB without any problem. :-(
