Annoying messages from 1133

In the past 20 to 30 days ago, I was getting a message per day from this number "1133" , with this text : "Ooredoo: Votre solde Internet est épuisé.Profitez d'un Kridi Net:100Mo/600mill qui sera remboursé à la prochaine recharge. Répondez gratuitement par OK ou*124*8#" . The problem is that I don't use any data plans on my smartphone Sim card, I was using a "MIFI" router for around 7 months now . And I don't think these messages are about the "MIFI" data usage or payment. I already contacted the customer assistance via 1111 . And they called me back via this number "36 126 013" , they told me to restart my device and the problem will be fixed immediately , but I still get messages from the same number. the last one was at 8:39 Am today
I really hope this will have a solution before tomorrow, it gets so annoying !

Hi Mohamed!

You have the option to disable and reactivate the SMS push of the Kridi Net service at any time via two channels:

SMS: By sending "STOP" to the number 1133 to disable or sending "START" to reactivate.

 

*124 #: In the "Gestion des services" sub-section of the "Kridi Net" section, you can deactivate and reactivate SMS push notifications.
